“Wuji Health Qigong” fitness video series is an exclusive workout routine designed by Grand Master Carter Wong.It is the first fitness routine Grand Master Wong has created in all his 60 years of martial arts practice and personally demonstrated by him in the series.The series aims to encourage health and fitness through a simple step-by-step tutorial so that people of all ages and fitness levels can use it to improve their physical fitness. The series also incorporates physiotherapy techniques that can improve the learner’s health and immunity and guides the learner to meditate correctly so as to enhance memory and reduce the chances of getting a stroke.

“无极养身气功”是由黄加达宗师独家创作的健身视频系列。

此视频是黃宗师六十年来唯一精心创作的综合武术招式，并由他亲自传授。

通过其简单易懂的教程，以便适合所有年龄段的人，多练习可达至强身健体。当中也包含物理疗法（提高健康与免疫力），并具备引导正确的冥想来增强记忆力及减低中风的可能性。
